Refund Policy

At DOYOUFEELLOVEUS, customer satisfaction is important to us. To ensure clarity and transparency, please review the following policies regarding order changes, returns, exchanges, and refunds prior to completing your purchase.

1. Order Cancellation & Amendments

Orders may be canceled or modified only before shipment. All requests must be submitted within 12 hours of successful payment.

Once an order has entered fulfillment, packaging, or dispatch stages, cancellation or modification requests can no longer be accepted. Approved cancellations are subject to a processing fee of 6.9% + $1, reflecting transaction and administrative costs.

2. Returns Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase or 14 days after delivery, whichever occurs later, provided that:

  • Items remain unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All original packaging, accessories, and tags are included

  • A return request is approved in advance by our support team

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to a product defect, incorrect item, or shipping damage.

3. Refund Conditions

Refunds may be granted in the following situations:

  • Items received are defective, damaged, or incorrect

  • Orders fail to arrive within the guaranteed delivery period

  • Approved returns after inspection and verification

To support a refund request, customers must provide adequate proof, such as order number, customer name, and clear photos or an unpacking video. Refunds based on personal preference are accepted; however, return shipping costs remain the customer’s responsibility.

4. Exchanges

In cases where a shipment fails due to courier error, we will arrange a replacement at no additional charge. If delivery failure results from incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer, reshipment costs will be borne by the customer.

5. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Cases

Returns or refunds will not be accepted under the following circumstances:

  • Items currently in transit

  • Pre-order or customized products (unless defective)

  • Returns sent without prior authorization

  • Orders delayed due to customer-related issues

  • Packages confirmed as delivered but lost or stolen afterward

  • Returns affected by customs detention, natural disasters, or force majeure

6. Undeliverable Shipments

If a package is returned or destroyed due to incorrect contact or shipping information and the customer cannot be reached, DOYOUFEELLOVEUS cannot be held responsible for the loss.

7. International Orders

International shipments may be subject to customs duties or import taxes based on local regulations. Orders will not be refunded or canceled due to refusal of customs charges or shipping costs.
